Since we deal with perishable commodities (food items), we have strict “No Returns, No Refunds” policy. Incase your order was damaged during transit or product is of inferior or stale, please get in touch with our Support Team.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be considered for refund (partial or full depending on the orders). Please contact us within 24 hours of orders. Orders once shipped will not be liable for cancellation or returns

Please get in touch with our Support team within 2 days after the delivery date. Queries for perishable commodities (food products) should be raised within 2 days or they will not be considered valid.

“We ship the products with our logistic partners in perfect condition unless damaged during transit and make sure you receive it as fast as possible. Delivery charges are exclusive and applicable to all of your orders and are charged separately by us. Please refer to the charges table below for relevant charges for your orders.
You will receive an Email and SMS on your every order containing the details of the order placed by you. You will receive another Email and SMS containing the shipping details at once when we ship the item(s).

Shipping Note:
Orders get dispatched within 12-24 hours from our facility. Orders will be delivered on the same day for delivery in Kanpur.
It can take anywhere from 3-5 working days or up to 14 working days (extreme case) for delivery depending upon COVID status & restriction in your region.
